MELISSA GARCIA DANCER AND SINGER

MELISSA GARCIA born and raised in Southern California began dancing and singing at the early age of seven. Melissa has taught around the globe. Her forte is Jazz Funk, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Contemporary and movement for singers.

Melissa recently toured with Celine Dion's 2008-09 Taking Chances World Tour.Her television credits include the Celine Dion CBS special, Britney Spears VMA's 2007, Malcolm In the Middle, The X-Files, Gwen Stefani "No Doubt", the 2005 Taurus World Stunt Awards, Days of Our Lives, and Christmas with the Kranks, to name a few.

Melissa made her singing debut as the singing voice of young CC Bloom in the motion picture, Beaches, starring Bette Midler. She continues to sing and has had several songs on the dance charts.

Besides being an accomplished dancer and singer, she is also an aerialist. Melissa's other credits include several theater productions such as, Rock of Ages, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Disney's Fantasy Christmas, Elvira's Halloween Haunt, Sweet Charity and Spiderman Rocks.
